Thanksgiving Moments

Cooper jumped on his 9th flight as we headed to my hometown of Portland, Oregon for the holiday!

And my heart was truly filled with joy as we walked the cold, wet streets of downtown Portland.  Although I like Las Vegas, I think living in a hotel in a city where I don't know many people has taken a mental toll.

I breathed in the fresh air, felt the rain on my face (true Oregonians don't own umbrellas :) ) and just enjoyed the feeling you get when you are truly "home."

It's a family tradition to go wine tasting the day following Thanksgiving.  As far as traditions go…this one is a favorite!
